we’re here to make fitness fun by helping you love the way you workout. we’ve been around a while (founded in 2010) and have been a one-stop-shop for all things group fitness since the beginning. we know fitness is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, so why not have some fun with it? 

we offer a variety of workouts and classes to promote cross-training. we know movement changes lives; therefore, we want to be a part of every level of your fitness journey from the first class and beyond, leading you through any plateau, and helping you sustain your love (or at least like enough to keep showing up) for moving your body in ways that challenge, motivate, and sustain you. 

our classes are the ideal balance between cardio, toning, strength training, and relaxation. our staff is trained to meet your needs, experience-level, and unique circumstances. whether it’s your 1st class or 500th, we welcome any body who wants to enjoy the way they move their body and have some fun with it along the way. just show up – we’ve got you from there.

Methods & Class Descriptions


Black lights, loud bass, and energizing instructors leading you through a beat-based ride with choreographed cardio, jumps, sprints, and climbs.


High intensity interval training (HIIT) utilizing equipment including dumb bells, medicine balls, kettle bells, resistance bands, gliders, and BOSU.


30 minutes of cycle followed by 30 minutes of sculpt for the ultimate hour of cardio and strength training.


Strengthening and lengthening isometric movements set to the beat of music aimed to tone muscles, improve posture, and stabilize the abdominals.


Choreographed cardio routines combined with strength intervals performed both on and off the trampoline.

Barre Bounce

Turn your barre game up a notch! utilizing a jump-sport trampoline + barre attachment, barre bounce fuses isometric barre exercises with choreographed cardio routines.

Fusion Flow

Think hot pilates with a twist. Fusion Flow combines elements of pilates, barre, yoga & strength training into one seamless class using props like ankle weights, bands, gliders, and light hand weights. this class takes place in a mildly heated room (80-90 degrees).

Cardio Kick

Kick, punch, and sweat through kickboxing-inspired choreography that combines cardio intervals with muscle-specific toning sequences.


Break a sweat and bust a move with high intensity interval training (HIIT) dance cardio choreographed to your favorite pop and hip hop songs.

A dynamic and consistent flow will combine movement and breathe to foster principles of strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, and self-awareness.

Yoga Restore

A slow flow paired with meditation will combine movement and breath to gently stretch the body and relax the mind.
