BarreAmped Bootcamp

Rev up your metabolism, torch calories & burn serious fat in this class which combines classic BarreAmped exercises with short bursts of cardio in Tabata style; 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes. As we say in class, "You can do anything for 20 seconds!" Mat, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

BarreAmped

BarreAmped is an intensive body shaping experience designed to produce reliable results, no matter the client. The method is influenced by classical and modern dance and utilizes a barre to achieve optimal positioning. Insights from Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic stretching also balance the method’s unique approach. Mat, hand towel, and all class accessories provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

FREE Intro to Mat Pilates

This 60 minute class introduction to Mat Pilates is built upon the foundational Mat Pilates method, but is enhanced with props and weights that will vary from class to class, deepening the practice. This class will improve your flexibility, strength, posture, and body awareness. Towel, mat, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

Gentle Flow Yoga

A gentle yoga involves a flow of physical poses (Asanas), breathing techniques and meditation to achieve a peaceful mind and healthy body. Basic poses (with modifications always shown), relaxation techniques and clearing of the chakras bestows health and energy upon the body and mind. Mat, hand towel, and class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

HIIT Cycle

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This method employs intervals of maximum exertion followed by intervals of recovery. This burns major calories, blasts fat, and helps to build a strong, healthy heart. In this class we combine 35 of interval training on the bike followed by 20 minutes of strength training on the floor and a 5 minute stretch. Cycling shoes, mat, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. 
 

Hot Yoga (90-100)

This class is heated degrees 90-100° to allow for deeper release in the muscles, to avoid injury, and to promote sweating for detoxification. This class is all-levels friendly as our highly skilled instructors will help each client find the appropriate positioning for their ability level. Please come well hydrated with an open heart and mind and be ready to sweat! Manduka Black Pro Mat, hand towel, and Yogitoes non-slip towel are provided free of charge. We end class with chilled, scented lavender lemon towels to leave you feel in refreshed and renewed! Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class. 
 

Intro to Basic Barre FREE

This is an introduction to the varies techniques and positions for our BarreAmped classes. This is a great refresher class for our regular clients as well as for the first time student! This is a 40 minute class.
 

Mat Pilates

POP UP BarreAmped

POP UP ZenCycle

ZenCycle is not your typical gym's indoor cycling class- it’s an energy filled ride set to the beat of invigorating club music. The choreography employed in this class brings not only a “dance” vibe, but also a MAJOR fun factor! ZenCycle is a full body workout: it engages your core and includes an upper body portion using light hand weights.The lights are off, the black lights are on, and the music is up! Get ready for the ride of your life! Cycling shoes, hand towel, and all class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

Restorative Yoga

In this class we play soothing and inspiring music, and connect with our breath for a slower approach to deeper stretches. This is the opposite of Hatha or powerful yoga as in the hot class. In this class we get deep into the muscle by holding poses up to five minutes with adjustments from the instructor. In this class we utilize bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps. You will leave the stress of the week on your mat and begin Monday feeling relaxed, renewed, and restored. Mat, hand towel, and class accessories are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
 

Tabata Training

Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that uses a strict format of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minute intervals, with rest periods in between. We utilize equipment like BOSU balls, medicine balls, kettle bells, and weights for this circuit style training class. Get the benefits of personal training in a small group setting. This class is guaranteed to break you through any plateau! Tennis shoes are required. Towel and all class props are provided.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.

tap n’ pow{h}er

A balance fusion class, is designed to shape, tone and elongate while delivered with messages of empowerment.
Combining rotational, linear, isometric, range of motion and compound movement, tap n’ pow{h}er takes you on a challenging and empowering journey unlike any other. Towell and all clas props are provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first class.
